A 50% deposit is required to reserve your space in most classes. One day classes require full payment at the time of registration. Early registration closes 30 days prior to the start of class. Occasionally class registration deadlines are extended so always check in about open seats. Join our email list to receive updates on these exceptions.
You will be asked to read and sign a Training Agreement prior to the start of class. Please review the Training Agreement prior to signing up for class. If you have any questions or concerns about the agreement that may keep you from participating in the class please get in touch. We are happy to discuss them with you.
Foot sanitizing equipment = Hand sanitizer OR a spray bottle with wintergreen alcohol
solution (1 part alcohol to 3 parts water) and a hand towel
Shoes you can slip on to quickly enter and exit the training room during practice
Three sets of sheets and three face rest covers
Two KING size pillow cases (important that they are KING SIZE)
Massage cream or oil (no lotion please)
Holster (please make sure you bring a waist holster for your lubricant for sanitation,
safety and proper technique application)
Two hand towels (in addition to the one you bring for your foot cleansing)
Soft, clean, feet with short, smooth toenails
Wear loose, comfortable clothing - pants cropped at the knee or just below the knee OR
fitted leggings that stop mid-calf or at the ankle. Pants with a wide fit at the bottom can
be rolled up but if they are wide all the way through the leg they may not stay in place.
Early bird payments and deposits are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the instructor. Full payments for one-day classes are also non-refundable. We begin the process of creating an exceptional learning experience for you as soon as you register. (Really the process starts way before that!) “Roll over” deposits are not typically accepted and require case-by-case review. Should you choose not to fully participate in the class, no monies paid shall be refunded. Final payments can be made through the invoice that is sent to you PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS. Cash or check payments are accepted should you need to bring your payment with you on the morning of the first day.
Please wait to purchase non-changeable, non-refundable airfare or lodging until you receive notification from your instructor to be sure the class meets the required student minimum. Elevate MT is not responsible for fees acquired for travel expense if the course is cancelled.
