Traditional Thai Massage is experiencing a rapid growth in popularity for its benefits of relieving muscle tension, clearing restricted patterns of movement, stimulating energy flow and restoring balance. This is a beginner-friendly, all levels course that can be taken as a stand-alone class for CE credit and counts as 14hrs toward the Elevate Thai Massage Endorsement.
This event is being held at the Holiday Inn Express on Gulfport Beach. The hotel sits right across from the beach with views of the Gulf of Mexico from the guest rooms and conference center.

Room reservations include breakfast. You can plan to have dinner on your own at one one the many restaurants in nearby downtown Gulfport or anywhere along the beautiful stretch of MS Gulf Coast Beach Blvd.
Water and coffee will be provided throughout the training day.
Instructor Charlene Gaffney has been a licensed massage therapist for 21+ years and has over 18 years of teaching experience in both entry-level and continuing education environments. She is a registered instructor with the Thai Healing Alliance International, a Certified Massage and Bodywork Educator with the AFMTE and the founder/curriculum specialist for Elevate Massage Training. She has studied Thai massage and ashiatsu extensively with many reputable teachers in the US and Thailand and has led annual Thailand Study Tours for LMTs since 2016.

Tuition includes a photo manual and access to technique study videos after class.
Prerequisite: Licensed Massage Therapist (you will be asked to provide your license # and state)
Students must be able to sit, kneel and move around on the floor to complete this class.
Supplies:
pen, notebook
Full size pillow and two clean pillow cases
short, clean, smooth fingernails and toenails
Shoes you can slip on to quickly enter and exit the training room
Socks and a sweater in case you get cold
Wear unrestrictive clothing that's easy to move around in
