Ashiatsu Certificate Fast Track Spring 2027

Step into a focused training path designed to prepare you to confidently add ashiatsu to your menu of services and support more clients with effective, deep massage applications applied using the feet and entire body while saving your hands!

When you enroll in the Certificate Track, you’re starting a journey through three immersive 3-day Ashiatsu trainings, plus structured practice and professional development requirements that ensure you don’t just learn the work—you integrate it confidently into real sessions.

While the foundational techniques align with the material taught across all six of our Ashiatsu CE courses combined, the Certificate Track is a more streamlined, progressive system. The sequencing is more intentional and intensive, with a strong emphasis on clinical application, session flow, detailed protocols, and instructor feedback to refine your work at a higher level.

Intensive Weeks 2027

(8am - 5pm each day)

March 4 - 6 Ashiatsu Sequence A (required)

March 7 - practice day (optional and strongly encouraged)

April 1 - 3 Ashiatsu Sequence B (required)

April 4 - practice day (optional and strongly encouraged)

May 6 - 8 Ashiatsu Therapeutics (required)

May 9 - practice day (optional and strongly encouraged)

Training is limited to 4 students in the class.

This ashiatsu training emphasizes :

• logical sequences of gliding, compression and stretching techniques for the entire body

• the fundamentals of gravity-assisted bodywork 

• practitioner body mechanics and barefoot touch accuracy

• client prone, supine and side lying postions

• therapist seated and standing for technique application

• using tools such as a hammock strap, bolsters, hot towels and heated pillows to improve session outcomes

• general principles for giving a balanced and flowing ashiatsu session with a meditative state of mind

Bar Construction and Equipment Requirements

LMTs are guided through equipment requirements and bar construction procedures throughout the training. You will begin receiving instruction on how to properly set up your treatment room and install the overhead bars as soon as you sign up for training. You will also receive a set of six custom-made eyebolts as a part of your tuition! ($180 value)

This training includes a total of 72 NCTMB approved CE credits and is MS Approved!

PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS

To support real-world mastery, you will:

• Complete and document 20 ninety-minute Ashiatsu sessions

• 10 sessions after Sequence A

• 10 sessions after Sequence B

• Perform a supervised 90-minute session on an instructor or approved practitioner for direct feedback

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

To fully prepare you for professional practice, you will also:

• Set up and maintain a fully functional Ashiatsu treatment space following Elevate Massage Training guidelines (including proper bar system installation and safety considerations)

• Receive and evaluate a professional Ashiatsu session from an approved practitioner

• Complete online coursework, including quizzes, exams, case studies, and session design work

Once all requirements are successfully completed, Licensed Massage Therapists receive the Elevate Certificate of Endorsement as an Ashiatsu Practitioner—signifying advanced, practice-ready competence in Ashiatsu bodywork.

To avoid confusion with the regulatory boards of the massage profession Elevate Massage Training uses the term endorsement instead of certification to describe the credential granted to licensed massage therapists who complete all the requirements of our advanced track of study.

Our endorsement program is assessment-based. This means that there are no annual fees or recertification requirements. We will teach you a set of skills then assess your proficiency through one-on-one evaluations and community interaction.

Investment

The total cost of the the training is $2,400 for all three trainings, 72CE credits, course manuals, one set of 6 custom eyebolts, access to all online coursework and optional practice days and a certificate of endorsement upon completion of all course requirements.

An initial payment of $800 is due to reserve your space in the training

Two additional payments of $800 are due on February 15th and March 31st
