A 50% deposit is required to reserve your space in most classes. One day classes require full payment at the time of registration. Registration closes 30 days prior to the start of class. Occasionally class registration deadlines are extended so always check in about open seats. Join our email list to receive updates on these exceptions.

Early bird payments and deposits are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by the instructor. Full payments for one-day classes are also non-refundable. We begin the process of creating an exceptional learning experience for you as soon as you register. (Really the process starts way before that!) “Roll over” deposits are not typically accepted and require case-by-case review. Should you choose not to fully participate in the class, no monies paid shall be refunded. Final payments can be made through the invoice that is sent to you PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS. Cash or check payments are accepted should you need to bring your payment with you on the morning of the first day.

Please wait to purchase non-changeable, non-refundable airfare or lodging until you receive notification from your instructor to be sure the class meets the required student minimum. This notification will arrive 2-4 weeks prior to the start of class. Elevate MT is not responsible for fees acquired for travel expense if the course is cancelled.
