The Thai Massage techniques presented in this class focus on energizing and restoring balance to the lower back and associated areas in the torso and hips. Students will learn Table Thai protocols for treating lower back pain and dysfunction.

Level 1 Thai on the table with a TWIST! Stand on the table and use mostly your feet to apply acupressure, deep muscle compression and yoga-like stretches. Bars mounted to the ceiling above the table are used for balance and support. Receiver remains clothed. No lubricant is used.

Level 1 Ashiatsu massage for the upper body in prone and supine positions. Sit at the head of the table and apply steady, gliding pressure and Thai-style compressions with your feet. No bars or overhead equipment required. 14CE

13 Days/ 12 Nights - This trip is a cultural immersion into the beautiful northern city of Chiang Mai. Study and receive Thai massage, take a cooking class, enjoy street markets, visit an elephant sanctuary and explore a mystical mountain temple. Plus an optional Island Excursion : 6 Days/5 Nights

The Thai Massage techniques presented in this class focus on energizing and restoring balance to the shoulder girdle and torso/trunk. Students will learn side lying and supine for treating shoulder girdle dysfunction that results from chronic muscle tension and restricted movement patterns.

In this course LMTs will examine morals, values and beliefs that motivate professional behavior and identify ways to further develop their professional character.

A 5 CE "barefoot play day" for beginners to explore the world of barefoot massage on the floor and on the table, with bars and without. Get answers to all of your questions about equipment and physical requirements and determine which barefoot massage course is the right one for you to take next.

This Mat-Based Body Mechanics course is an interactive exploration of body movement and biomechanical principles related to working on the floor. Identify the primary body postures that you’ll need to master and learn a short massage sequence that (with a little practice) you can use right away. 5CE

Level 2 Warm up the body with a series of ashiatsu techniques that flow from head to toe. You'll learn creative transitions for smoothing out your sequence and preparing for the deeper work that you will learn how to apply with both feet on the client at the same time. 21CE

Level 1 Barefoot oil massage for the anterior/posterior body. Use one foot to release restrictions along the major muscle groups. Use the other foot and bars mounted on the ceiling above the table for balance.
